There are many unique tourist attractions that cannot be found anywhere else in Indonesia. In fact, Indonesia has become a favorite holiday destination for foreign tourists, several Hollywood stars have enjoyed the beauty of Indonesian tourism.

1. BALI

The first best tourist spot in Indonesia which is also world famous is the island of Bali. Located to the east of the island of Java, Bali is the favorite of Indonesian tourism which is famous in almost all corners of the world. Apart from being famous for its natural beauty, especially its beaches, Bali is also famous for its unique and interesting arts and culture, such as: Kecak Dance, Barong Dance, Groups of Monkeys, and others. Apart from that, there are also destinations such as Ubud which is a combination of culture and the natural beauty of the highlands.

2. LOMBOK


Lombok is a tourist attraction that is no less exotic than Bali as one of the best tourist attractions in Indonesia.

Ranges of beaches, clusters of small islands, the splendor of Mount Rinjani, and spectacular marine life to explore, Lombok Island is a complete package for a holiday in the West Nusa Tenggara area. Mount Rinjani is one of the highest volcanoes in Indonesia, with its peak reaching 3,726 meters above sea level. Segara Anak Crater Lake, which is located on top of this volcano, is a tourist destination. Apart from that, Lombok is also famous for its Gilis. 

Gili means small island in Sasak language. Lombok has more than 20 Gilis. The three most popular with tourists are Gili Trawangan, Gili Meno and Gili Air. In Lombok, tourists can also visit traditional villages and mingle with the native Sasak tribe. 

Here tourists can experience firsthand their daily life in the weaving villages of Sade and Rambitan.

3. RAJA AMPAT



Raja Ampat is starting to be known as a hidden paradise in Eastern Indonesia. 

Raja Ampat is an archipelago consisting of more than 1,500 small islands, sandbars and shoals that surround the four main islands, namely Waigeo, Batanta, Salawati and Misool. The name Raja Ampat itself is believed to come from a legend in which a woman found seven eggs, with four of them hatching and becoming kings of the four main islands, while the other three became a woman, a ghost and a rock. 

Raja Ampat is the main destination for fans of underwater charm. 

The Raja Ampat region covers 9.8 million hectares of land and sea, home to 540 types of coral, more than 1,000 types of reef fish and 700 types of molluscs. 

Raja Ampat is the most diverse marine wealth in the world. According to a report developed by The Nature Conservancy and Conservation International, around 75% of the world's marine species live in Raja Ampat. Not surprisingly, Raja Ampat is one of the best tourist attractions in Indonesia.
